Bernardo Frias received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.  His education prepared him to design spaces that respond to community needs while incorporating building systems that produce sustainable and ecologically responsible buildings.  Bernardo’s interest in sustainability influenced his decision to become a LEED™ Accredited Professional in 2004.  His technical skills, combined with his sensitivity to design and sustainability, have made Bernardo successful in his participation on a variety of projects both nationally and internationally.  His project experience includes housing, multi-level mixed-use office buildings, and cultural and civic projects in the United States and abroad.  Bernardo joined Moore Ruble Yudell in 2002 and has served as Project Architect for numerous large, complex projects.  He has been involved with the development of technical drawings from conceptual design to construction documents.

Bernardo is a Licensed Architect in the State of California and a LEED™ Accredited Professional.
