Urban Land Institute tours Santa Monica Village

On September 12, 2013, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles hosted a tour of Santa Monica's newest mixed use project under construction, The Village and a new park at the Civic Center, Tongva Park. Nearly 130 ULI members and guests gathered to learn about these exciting new projects to the beach community. The design team was led by the master planners and architects of the condominiums Moore Ruble Yudell along with Koning Eisenberg, Mia Lehrer+ Associates, Related Companies, Pankow Builders, W.E. O'Neil, Field Operations and ValleyCrest Landscape. The Village is due for completion in the first quarter of 2014.
