The GoldSeason Residential Towers bring a new standard of residential community to one of Hanoi's most dynamic districts. By framing a public garden with amenities, commercial and retail activity, the project lights a path to healthy urban development at higher density.  Moore Ruble Yudell’s first residential high-rise project in Vietnam has been inspired by Hanoi’s unique context with its fascinating layers of history, culture and natural environment of lakes, rivers and parks.

Accommodating 1,518 condominium units, the project forms an iconic landmark for the Thanh Xuan District, with the four towers providing an elegant presence on Nguyen Tuan Street. The entire site is designed as an integrated urban work of art, architecture and landscape, creating a memorable civic place to complement the capital’s splendid urban spaces. The façade design presents a modern interpretation that echoes the site’s history of garment and textile industries. The existing random scale and lively street life of the old quarter on the site is used to express the dynamic exterior movement and pattern of materials on the facades of the buildings.

The landscape elements are integrated into an artistic tapestry of terraces, courts and gardens in the concept of a spreading “Gold Autumn Leaf” to evoke Hanoi’s most pleasant season. Pedestrian paths symbolize the leaf’s blade and veins, reaching out from the central public park to connect to the four towers. A gracious plaza is configured as the central “heart” of the urban park, where active gathering, interaction and diverse activities take place.

The project ground-breaking ceremony took place in December 2015, and construction has started, with completion planned for 2017.
